We also work on the UAE government's NAFIS initiative that aims to support Emirati nationals to pursue their professional careers in the private sector.
Graduate development programme
EBDA, which means 'new beginning', is AKI's Graduate Development Programme designed to nurture and accelerate the growth of our fresh graduates. Through a structured programme, graduates from a range of backgrounds are immersed in an environment that encourages learning, growth, and innovation.
Our programme is designed to empower participants with a combination of hands-on experience, expert mentorship, and targeted training. We are dedicated to nurturing a new generation of professionals who not only contribute to the success of our organisation but also make a positive impact on the industries and sectors they serve.
From supporting Dubai Pharmacy College to participating in Red Crescent supported initiatives, community involvement is an integral part of AKI's founding principles. Our teams have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of volunteer and community engagement activities and we encourage them to play an active role in driving positive change.
By actively working with the communities we touch, AKI serves as a catalyst for change and aims to instill a sense of purpose and pride among our people.
